Services are available exclusively for business customers (B2B) and not for end consumers.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

• Prices are indicated in Euro (€) and may be subject to change

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by product

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or business credit card

• For established customers, 30/60 day payment terms are available

• In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend services

• Delivery times vary based on product and destination

• Responsibility for goods passes to the customer upon delivery to carrier

• Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery

• Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Returns are accepted only for defective or non-conforming products

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Goods must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of return approval

• Shipping costs for returns are borne by customer, unless error on our part
